I frequently visit India for work. I always look for hotels in Bandra Kurla Complex because that is where my work is. The Grand Hyatt used to be an alternative choice if my preferred hotel in BKC was full. It's now the other way around. This is my preferred choice of hotels in the region. Everything is great, especially the people.
Poor food quality and extremely poor staff service quality. It looked like no one else cared except the managerial staff.
