It was a great stay with minor issues. Toilet seat was not clean. They knew 3 adults were supposed to stay but the Dental kit, furnishings etc were not sufficient. Also the Coffee/Tea bar had insufficient stock. Major setback was no sound proofing, people next door were very noisy till late night and we could hear every bit of it clearly. Staff is very cordial.
I am very disappointed with the service. Mr. Arpit has not been answering calls or responding regarding the customer payment and invoice. The overall service of the hotel was also very poor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
