Everything is fine except small compact room and toilet. No provision for tea and coffee in the room which is common in all hotels. Hotel good enough just for night stay. Radhkrishna Restaurant is excellent

I stayed here for four days; it is an excellent hotel, and the staff is fantastic’a perfect 10/10 for both the morning and night shifts. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here; the food was excellent, and the staff was incredibly helpful. I was very impressed, and the cleanliness was also top-notch’another 10/10. If I visit Mumbai again, I would definitely choose to stay here. A special thanks goes to Prashant Bhai, who guided me clearly and supported me in every possible way.

It was a ridiculous experience with this hotel. We were looking for a bulk booking for a wedding in December 2026. We visited the hotel twice in May 2026, spoke to the frontdesk staff. They confirmed availability for our dates. The hotel has 30 rooms and we wanted to book 25-odd rooms. First time we spoke to the GM, he immediately rejected the request for the rooms stating that they can't provide more than 10-15 rooms for a wedding. His explanation was absolutely lame and made zero sense - apparently if we booked 25 rooms, he won't be able to get bookings and fill his rooms after our checkout dates. He was unable to explain his logic and kept repeating the same thing that it's policy and that he can't take the booking. Very weird to see that in today's day and age people reject upfront business like this. Problem is when employees take calls on behalf of promoters. Avoid this place, there are much better options available elsewhere.

The hotel was really good and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were extremely hygienic and spotless. They even had an air freshener in the bathroom, which was a nice touch.Most importantly, the hotel is just 5 minutes away from the airport, and you can easily reach there by taxi for around ’100’’150. The staff was also polite and helpful. There is an Udupi restaurant right opposite the hotel, which makes breakfast and meals very convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.
