The entrance and asthetic of hotel are quite attractive.Stayed there for 3 days.Food was good in taste and sufficient.Different varieties in breakfast daily.Can't say much on hygiene it was looking fine.But hotel seems like going through renovation.My first room was not upto the mark.Basin was broken table glass was damaged.They need to upgrade to split AC i think.I was shifted to other room later for 1 night since some work was to be done.Other room felt much much better, but AC they need to shift to split AC.Worst part was cockroaches all around so that was highly unacceptable.Coming to service, In my room coffee cups were kept unclean so that was also unacceptable.Rest service is fineThere restaurant is very nice.Located almost at the main road.Photos of both rooms shared.

Solo Traveller • Jun 2026Stayed at Hotel samraj for one day. Location is good. On the side of road. Can reach easily from airport. Room was spacious and clean. Staff behaviour was good.
Recently, I visited Hotel Samraj and had a very disappointing experience. The services provided were nowhere close to the amount being charged. The staff was poorly managed, and the manager was ill-mannered and unprofessional. They even charged an extra ’500 for breakfast, yet served only bread, butter, and a few fruits. I wonder how can they?? get a 4 star’’ rating?After seeing the positive online reviews, I booked this hotel for my family with high expectations, but the reality was completely different when we visited personally.The hotel seems to appreciate positive reviews but often ignores its shortcomings. I would suggest people to think twice before booking this place, as there are many better hotels nearby offering much better services at more reasonable prices.
