I travelled from Surat to Mumbai for a business meeting and stayed at Karan Hotel. Unfortunately, in the evening, I suddenly experienced severe stone pain and needed medical assistance.I would like to sincerely appreciate the support I received from the hotel staff, especially **Mr. Yadav and Mr. Pandey**. They were extremely kind, helpful, and supportive. They immediately understood my situation and went out of their way to arrange a doctor for me.Their prompt assistance and humanity made a difficult situation much easier for me.
