Our stay was an absolute disaster. We came from London hoping for a relaxing staycation, but the experience was disappointing from the very beginning. If I go into details, when we arrived, no staff attended to our luggage from the taxi for 2–3 minutes until we had to ask. Welcome drinks were being offered randomly to other guests, but we weren’t offered any.Now, the main issue, the service. It took 20–25 minutes just to get plates and cutlery in our room, something extremely basic, not even food. We chose to ignore it the first time, but it happened again.The room itself was equally disappointing: a rusted chair, old furniture, and an AC system that wouldn’t go below 21°C. Coming from London, this temperature felt uncomfortably warm, and we were sweating throughout our stay. To make matters worse, the washroom sliding door kept getting stuck, leaving barely any space to enter (as shown in the picture).Overall, this was the worst 5-star experience we’ve ever had. We had stayed at Radisson for 2–3 days prior to this, where everything was top-notch—even at half the price we paid here.We will not be returning to Marriott properties again.Thanks.
