JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu

Overall a great staycation!Check in was seamless. Room was outstanding. I wanna highlight Raju from the pool area. He did a fabulous job while we stayed there for 3 days. Always happy and smiled and more than just a service.Why 4 Stars?If you travel with children and you are used to Lounges at Marriott (this is only allowed for children post 12) which is because of some incident happening in the lounge. I personally can’t support this at all. Traveling through the world in different lounges from Marriott and hotel categories I would highly recommend the hotel management to update this. As most of the children can behave better than grown up adults.Thank you

An awesome place to stay, especially if you love beach views almost all rooms offer a beautiful seaside experience.The rooms are cozy, well maintained, and very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay.The breakfast spread is impressive, with a wide variety of food options catering to different tastes. Whether you prefer local dishes or international cuisine, there's plenty to choose from.The location is another major highlight-situated in the heart of Juhu, it's close to key attractions and offers easy access while still giving you that peaceful beachfront vibe.Overall, a great combination of comfort, location, and hospitality. Highly recommended!

When you stay at a JW, you come with certain expectations wrt service, the room and facilities in general.What I like:The food and restaurants at this place are really good. The breakfast buffet is expansive, and the location of the restaurant overlooking the sea is just fantastic. The location of the hotel is great, with Juhu Beach easily accessible, lot of good iconic food options nearby.The Bad: The room I stayed in was not up to JW standards. Aging furniture, decor and fittings. While spacious for Mumbai standards, things felt very very dated. The only good part of the room was the nespresso.The service was extremely poor in general. Be it the room service, check in experience or staff in general. They seemed more focused on celebs, while ignoring the regular guest.For the price, I would not stay here again. There are far better places at the same rate nearby, with much better rooms and service(maybe minus the location advantage)

We chose the JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it turned out to be an absolutely memorable experience from start to finish. The property, as always, exudes elegance and warmth, and the team made sure our special occasion felt truly personal and well-curated.What truly stood out was the thoughtful in-room birthday arrangement ’ a beautifully presented cake, a delightful cheese platter, and a bottle of wine were waiting for us upon arrival. A heartfelt thank you to Janvi and Wendi, who went above and beyond to coordinate these special touches. It’s the kind of personalized attention that transforms a hotel stay into a cherished memory.Dinner at Mezzo Mezzo was nothing short of spectacular. The Italian fare was exquisite ’ rich flavors, impeccable presentation, and attentive service in a setting that perfectly complemented the celebratory mood. It remains one of Mumbai’s finest dining experiences, and this visit reaffirmed just that.The next morning, the breakfast spread was a superb way to close the stay ’ an impressive variety of options, fresh produce, and live stations that ensured we left well-fed and thoroughly pampered.The JW Marriott Juhu continues to set the gold standard for luxury hospitality in Mumbai. Whether it’s a romantic getaway, a birthday celebration, or simply a desire to indulge ’ this property delivers on every front. We will absolutely be back!

We stayed here for a week at the end of March before heading to South Mumbai. We booked using a mix of Marriott Bonvoy points and cash, which worked out well. As a Gold member, I appreciated the recognition, including complimentary drinks at Reflections Bar (6’8pm). We even caught a Buffalo Trace launch event on our first night, which was a great touch.The highlight of our stay was the bar team’Harshal, Phillison, Harsh and Jwain’who were fantastic throughout. Friendly, attentive, and great at what they do. A real credit to the hotel and a big reason we’d return. Also, thanks to Luis at concierge for helping with restaurant bookings, and Ganesh for looking after our room.The hotel itself is lovely: great breakfast with a wide variety of Indian and Western options, a nice pool area, and a stunning lobby. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful.There are renovations ongoing, but this didn’t affect us’only minor noise in corridors, none in the room.Only downside was inconsistent breakfast service’sometimes attentive, other times slow and requiring follow-ups.Overall, a very enjoyable stay and one we’d happily repeat.
