They did not just treat me as a guest; they genuinely treated me as a member of their family, exhibiting a level of care and personalized attention that is truly rare and heart-touching.Every staff member I encountered played a significant role in making this stay unforgettable. I would like to specifically commend the following individuals for their remarkable service:Arrival & Check-in Experience:Darry and Inzamam Rangila welcomed me with their genuine warm smiles.Luncheon Excellence:The chef deserves immense thanks for preparing truly delicious and memorable food throughout my stay.Sanika was fantastic in taking my food orders and it was beautifully delivered by Abhay in my room.Champagne sabering:The ceremony was performed by the Head ButtlerShweta Biranje whose grace, precision, and confidence elevated the entire moment. The sabering was executed flawlessly, reflecting not only technical expertise but also a deep understanding of the tradition and its elegance. Shweta’s poise and professionalism added a touch of grandeur that perfectly complements the refined atmosphere of the hotel.Swetha, Judith and Lostani were excellent in proffering juice to me at the lobby.Breakfast Excellence:I indeed had a finger licking breakfast. The mocktails are creative and complex’try the Mumbai Masala or the South China if you want something refreshing that holds its own against the bold food.And at the end don't forget to order the desserts. !! Cacao 64 !!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at The St. Regis Mumbai and what stood out most was the exceptional service throughout our visit.At the Indian restaurant Sahib Room, Jyoti took such great care of us. Her attention, warmth and genuine hospitality made the evening a pleasure. At the Chinese restaurant By the Mekong, Arman provided excellent service with great professionalism and a relaxed, friendly approach that made the experience even better.Breakfast each morning was a highlight thanks to Saumya, who introduced us to Indian cuisine in the most warm, engaging and enjoyable way. She made every morning feel welcoming and personal. A special mention as well for breakfast chef Shubham, who went out of his way to create an excellent high protein breakfast for us on request. Kailas also deserves special credit for preparing the best matcha we have had in a hotel, perfectly made with almond milk and no sugar.The direct connection to the shopping mall is incredibly convenient and made our stay even more comfortable. The gym is excellent, spacious and well equipped. Hopefully next time the dumbbells go up to 30 kg ’’.Overall, an outstanding hotel with genuinely great service and staff who truly make the difference. We would happily return.
