They showed in online with khushi beach view but thers not anything like this totally fake picture in the online
The hotel location was good, and the property was clean and well-maintained. However, the staff's behavior was rude, and the service was extremely disappointing. Even for basic requests such as a glass of water or a towel, it took 30 minutes or more despite multiple follow-ups.Such delays significantly affected our overall experience, wasted valuable time, and spoiled the mood of our stay. While the hotel has a good location and cleanliness standards, the poor service and lack of responsiveness from the staff need serious improvement.
Below average experience and not recommended for the price being charged. Hotel has lots of hygiene issues, floor carpets were very dirty and we even spotted some rats on the floor. Limited options for breakfast, very congested parking space, very dated slow low capacity elevator and no direct beach acess. Apart from this, staff overcharged me for an extra bed which I had already paid for during booking at Agoda.
