My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below expectations.The most serious issue was that the hotel staff opened my room door without my permission or prior notice. This is a major violation of guest privacy and raises serious concerns about safety and security. Every guest deserves to feel secure in their room, and this incident made my stay very uncomfortable.The room service was also very poor. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and the room was not cleaned properly on time. In addition, there was a significant mosquito problem, making it difficult to rest comfortably, especially during the night. I asked to provide ALLOUT(mosquito cleaner) in first day but still after 2 day stay will not come. this is the serious ness of house keeping.The food quality was equally disappointing. During one of the meals, I found insects in the food, which is completely unacceptable and indicates poor hygiene and food safety standards. This experience was both unpleasant and concerning.Overall, the hotel failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness, privacy, and hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until these serious issues are addressed.
