Worst experience ever. The hotel had existing bookings for weddings and private events, yet they were still accepting walk-in guests without informing anyone about the situation. We ended up waiting for almost one hour, completely unaware that the delay was due to wedding bookings. Had we known this beforehand, we would have left immediately.Even after paying 8,000 for six people, we were not given proper seating. We were forced to stand and eat our food as if we were attending a crowded public event rather than dining at a hotel. It was extremely disappointing and poorly managed.This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Serious Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct & Poor Room Maintenance ’ GCC Club, Mira Road date 03/02/2026I am constrained to place on record my deeply unsatisfactory experience during my recent stay at GCC Club, Mira Road, which raises serious concerns regarding service quality, staff conduct, and basic hospitality standards.Unfortunately, the Housekeeping Manager, Mr. Swetag Divedi, interacted in an extremely unprofessional and aggressive manner. His tone and approach were confrontational, almost as if he were engaging in an argument rather than addressing a legitimate guest concern. Such conduct is wholly unacceptable in the hospitality industry.Further, during check-in, the Duty Manager unnecessarily argued over issuing an extra room key, instead of resolving the request courteously. Even basic amenities such as drinking water were treated as if they were an unreasonable demand, which is surprising and disappointing.It appears that the focus of the property has shifted primarily towards wedding and banquet bookings, while in-house guests are being neglected. This is reflected in the poor condition of the allotted room.Room No. 1228 issues observed:’Bathroom drainage choked’Broken mirror’Poor cleanliness and hygiene standards’Overall lack of proper housekeeping supervisionHaving said that, I would like to acknowledge that Mr. Mohan and the night-shift reception staff were courteous, helpful, and had a professional attitude. They were among the very few staff members who interacted with a genuine smile and willingness to assist.As a legal professional, I am well aware of customer rights and service obligations. This feedback is being shared in good faith with the expectation that the General Manager and senior management will take this matter seriously, conduct an internal review, and implement immediate corrective measures’particularly in staff training, guest handling, and room maintenance.I am attaching photographs for your reference.I sincerely hope GCC Club restores its service standards and guest-first approach, which I believe is essential to maintaining its reputation.Regards,Javed SayyedAdvocate

The staff was very polite, friendly, and professional, which made my stay very comfortable.The food was amazing in both quality and taste. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and well-prepared.The cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel were outstanding. The rooms and all areas were well-maintained and very clean.The service was top-class, and the staff was always ready to help with a positive attitude.Overall, GCC Hotel is a perfect place to stay. I would definitely like to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

They offer both veg and non-veg buffets, and the menu is massive’something for everyone, no matter how picky you are.The food quality is top-notch. Every dish tasted perfectly balanced, rich, and well-crafted’not the usual ’buffet compromise’ you expect. You can clearly feel the attention to detail in flavors and presentation.The dessert section deserves a special mention ’’’huge variety, beautifully laid out, and absolutely indulgent.Overall, the ambience, food, and service together create a rich and luxurious dining experience. Ideal for family dinners, celebrations, or when you simply want to treat yourself.Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.
