Mastiff Select Riveria Resort, Igatpuri Road

’’’’’Had a fantastic stay at Riviera Igatpuri! The property is beautiful, serene, and exceptionally well maintained, with stunning surroundings that make it a perfect getaway from the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hospitality was truly outstanding, and every detail added to a relaxing and memorable experience. Would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation!

It's a great place to stay and relax. Our room had an amazing view of the lake. The food is truly delicious. The staff pays attention to all your special needs and allergies. A special mention to the chef for his attention to detail, vimla for her ever smiling attitude and dhanraj and dattu for excellent service.

Wanted to give a 5 star review but going for 3 just because of restaurant. View 5 star place 5 star staff well behaved but the food in the restaurant is something unpredictable some dishes are really overpriced and quantity is literally like a toddlers dish, ordered fried crispy chicken priced at 550+ gst got 4 small pcs. Ordered onion pakoda which is a simple maharashtrian dish was prices for 300+ gst.Later I ordered a hydrabadi chicken dum biryani which on menu is priced for 525-550 but on bill they charged me 650+ gst ( attached the bill photo go see that ). For a place like this scamming their customer for 100rs is really pity, Just not satisfied with the restaurant. I hope this review reach them and visitors and they won’t overcharge or scam with any other customers visiting. ’’’’

This is perfect staycation for family n friends. As the name indicates the Riveria resort, Igatpuri, located in calm surrounding near by river makes it different stay other than others. We had a wonderful experience at the resort, and a big part of that was thanks to the reception manager Sneha. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and they went out of their way to ensure all our needs were met.The food at the resort was absolutely delightful and added so much to our overall experience. There was a great variety of dishes, catering to different tastes, and everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and well-presented.Overall, excellent service and hospitality’definitely one of the highlights of our stay. I would highly recommend this resort based on the outstanding front desk experience alone.
