The worst hotel I have ever been to.....filthy rooms stinky matresses with stains all over the rooms are soo dusty and un maintained washroom is also not maintained they also have glass washrooms so not recommended for family reception staff is very nonchalant....and you have to ask for things you have payed for... repeatedly their food is very overpriced toomuch plus they alter the bills accordingly to their convenience increasing the rates of food items very greedy reception staff , their balcony is full of dust. Also the food takes, 1 hour plus to come to your room after ordering.....they amenities don't get replenished after continuing the room unless asked. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Only the housekeeping staff is kind and helpful.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms are dirty with stained, smelly mattresses and covered in dust. The washrooms are poorly maintained and some have glass walls, which isn't suitable for families. The reception staff are indifferent and you have to repeatedly ask for things you've already paid for. The food is overpriced and they adjust the bills to their advantage, showing greed. The balcony is dusty, and food delivery to the room takes over an hour. Amenities aren't restocked unless you specifically request them. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The only positive is that the housekeeping staff are kind and helpful.

Terrible experience, the washroom and room were filthy, and the receptionist along with the staff were impolite. You need to remind them multiple times just to get a bottle of water, which takes 3-4 hours. The food quality was very poor. A complete waste of money.
