Extremely disappointing experience. I had a confirmed booking at this hotel, but upon arrival, my partner and I were denied entry as a couple despite having valid identification and a legitimate reservation. What made the situation worse was that the hotel refused to provide any refund even though they did not allow us to check in.The staff was unhelpful and failed to clearly explain the reason for denying entry. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, wasted time, and financial loss. If the hotel has restrictions regarding couples, these should be clearly stated before accepting bookings and payments.I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of transparency, poor customer service, and unfair refund policy.
Was a last minute thing but was worth the money and stay. Peaceful, accessible to a lot, responsive staff and neat place. Well maintained.
