Hotel Voxton

We were a family with two kids, and the front desk along with the whole team at Hotel Voxton was very helpful. They managed everything attentively. The breakfast was delicious, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Hum logon ne bohat maza kiya aur enjoy kiya VoxTon hotel mein. Wasim bhai ne madad ki aur hum wapas aane wale hain... bohat acha.

I am from Dubai and came to Mira Road, Mumbai, for a store opening. We were a group of 8 people. It's important to note that in all of Mira Road and Bhayandar, there is no family hotel except Hotel Voxton. We stayed for 4 nights and felt very comfortable. The hotel was very clean and tidy, with other family groups around. Highly recommended.

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Although we had already paid half of the booking amount upfront, the receptionist/owner was rude at check-in and demanded the remaining payment immediately in a disrespectful way. There is a proper way to explain payment policies, but the attitude we faced was unacceptable and made us feel disrespected as guests. Hospitality should begin with respect, which was completely lacking here. We share this review to inform others about what they might face at check-in. Due to the poor customer service and unprofessional conduct, we cannot recommend this hotel. Additionally, there is no parking available near the hotel.

This was among the most disappointing hospitality experiences we've encountered. Despite having paid half of the cost upfront, the receptionist/owner responded with rudeness and a negative demeanor about the balance due instead of offering a friendly reception. A hotel's standing depends on guest treatment, and sadly, this establishment did not meet that standard. Consider carefully before making a reservation here.
