While I understand this is a budget hotel mosquitoes infested and dirty corridors makes this very unpleasant, also stains on the walls, bathroom tiles stained and dirty. Cockroaches infested room, no toilet paper. Positives: large windows AC working ok, hot water with ok pressure, WiFi working, location, temple on the same building gave a good vibe to me.
