Mixed Experience at Property

Ramesh Kumar, the caretaker of OSI Bandra East BKC28, made the stay quite comfortable. The only issue with the property is the discrimination between permanent residents and Airbnb guests. Airbnb guests are treated like second-class citizens, with no access to Zomato or Swiggy deliveries, which others are allowed at the doorstep. However, the parking person in charge was very helpful.

The room was fantastic and the service was top-notch! It was clean, roomy, and very cozy. The bathroom was kept in great condition with all necessary items like fresh towels, shampoo, and hand wash readily available. The staff were polite and supportive, which made the stay even better. All in all, it was a great experience and I would certainly suggest this hotel.
