Couple • India • Oct 2026Very disappointing experience. The hotel is not in good condition and definitely not worth the money. The rooms and overall premises were not clean, and the maintenance was far below expectations.Considering the amount paid, I expected much better service and cleanliness. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of money.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the cleanliness and maintenance.
This review is for those who truly value privacy and a pleasant stay. My time at Hotel Malad Inn was very disappointing due to several fundamental problems. The staff is very slow to respond; when you request something, it takes an excessively long time to receive it. The TV in the room doesn't work unless you specifically ask the staff to turn it on, which is unusual for hotel service. Cleanliness and hygiene are also major issues, with cockroaches in the rooms and stained blankets, which is unacceptable. Entering the hotel is uncomfortable because of the crowd near the station staring at guests, making the experience awkward. Overall, the hotel requires major improvements in cleanliness, hygiene, staff responsiveness, and basic guest services. I expected much higher standards for a hotel stay.
