The hotel rooms didn’t match with the pictures uploaded on the site at all. The room was not cleaned at its best at check in. Also there was no water available and the staff had to turn the motor on which led to delays for us and it was really upsetting and disappointing after a long journey. The TV didn’t have recharge done so there was no point in having that facility. Not worth the money. Inspite of paying for 2 nights, we had to leave just after spending one night at the hotel. Really disappointed.
Don't believe the images that you see...They charge you more than it's worth and provide you with dirty washrooms, used bedsheets and such... Very poor service in total... Hygiene is a big question mark at this place.. wouldn't recommend to anybody.

The biggest plus point is its location ’ just 1 minute walking distance from Malad station, which makes it super convenient for travel.They offer different types of Deluxe and Super Deluxe rooms with all modern amenities. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and perfect whether you’re a couple, a solo traveller, visiting with family, or even staying for corporate work.The staff was friendly and helpful, the check-in process was smooth, and in-room service was also available, which made the stay even more comfortable.Overall, if you’re looking for a convenient, comfortable, and budget-friendly stay in Malad, I would definitely recommend Hotel Malad Inn. ’’’’’
