Dirty rooms, smoke smells and poor ventilation

My stay at Hotel Borivali Executive was disappointing. The rooms were rather small, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. I had to keep asking the staff to clean the room, which was quite inconvenient. Greater focus on housekeeping and hygiene is necessary. Overall, I was unhappy with the experience and anticipated better service and cleanliness considering the cost.

The hallway was only about 2 feet wide, which seems to violate fire safety rules. This place is not really a hotel, just a bunch of very small rooms. The reception area is just a table, which felt unsettling. Many rooms have no ventilation, so they keep the doors open with curtains, letting smoke in. It was a terrible experience. Although the room and bathroom were clean, the smoke smell was very unpleasant and harmful to health.
