Royal Hometel Suites had exceptionally well-kept & Clean Rooms , with a very well-maintained bathroom . The worst things in many hotels are the bathrooms . The rooms were very clean , and bathrooms were luxuriously clean . However , the swimming pool was a little dirty-looking on the sides , and looked a little old . But the water was clean . Fresh towels were provided promptly . Service was also really good .

Business • India • Oct 2026I’d booked this hotel specifically for us to rest for a night as we had travelled a lot and just wanted the same to be at ease. First the reception staff was so rude where it was asking for ID or mentioning id booked a suite room. Irrespective of the hotel basic amenities like bath towel, hand towel , dental kit wasn’t there. Upon calling the telephone thrice it kept ringing but nobody answered. While they kept calling us for departure I’d requested them an extension which was denied as they were sold out which i understand since I work for hotels. But this is no where the service expected from a good chain of hotel like Sarovar hotel I regret booking this hotel I would have rather stayed in Marriotts and travelled then staying here. Upon check out the lady kept us waiting for 15mins just to check the room and honestly what’s worst is that she legit said we’re checking the room when all we did was watch movie and slept. Despite no minibar being present in the room we were held and then some random guy come in saying your bill is paid you may go ? Like what on earth is this treatment??

I had booked a suite, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.The hospitality was warm and professional, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, which made the arrival experience very smooth.Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with good service and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely consider staying here again.
