Booked their sea-facing room, though it is not a front view but a decent one. Good People, renewed property, and Cozy room at this price.

There are no signs or directions to find the hotel reception. The watchman is almost always glued to his phone. Although there is an elevator to the 3rd floor, guests are not allowed to bring luggage in it, so be ready to drag your trolleys and suitcases up the stairs. The man at the reception needs serious hospitality training; he looks like a disgruntled government bank employee who doesn’t want to work. He quickly pointed out he could see my booking but couldn’t confirm the booking for our son. Our 'warm welcome' began with a cold argument and ended with me paying upfront. The geyser switch is in the lobby, so if you want a hot shower, you have to go out and turn it on, and if you forget to switch it off, expect a lecture from the reception uncle. The rooms are small and there’s no restaurant, so breakfast is served in the room. The breakfast quality and quantity were okay, though they follow the Indian Railways idea that 'non-veg' means only bread omelette. For a small hotel, there are quite a few staff who always expect tips. We chose the hotel for its location near Colaba and Churchgate, which is its only good point.
