This is a budget hotel on 3rd floor of the building, directly facing Nariman Point. Hotel is very neat and clean. Location is very good with Nariman Point is right in front of the hotel. It's next to Wankhede Cricket Stadium, walk away distance to Metro/local train . Hotel doesn't have a restaurant but they provide yummy & hot breakfast from nearby restaurant. If you can afford Seaview Suite, it will be worth staying in the room as it got good view of Sea.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. The hospitality was excellent, and the overall ambience made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, and everything was well-organised. Overall, a great experience and excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

The rooms are spacious and clean. As soon as you step out, you have the amazing beach view. Kindly note this is a hotel within an apartment where the entire floor is the hotel. It is not fancy obviously because the entire building is not a hotel, just one floor is. But it is sqeaky clean and has the amenities you will need. The staff were courteous, helpful and quick to respond and deliver. They go an extra mile if you are in need. Closest hospital is 2 kms away. I'd definitely come back for the location.
