Hotel New Churchgate

Very disappointing experience. The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to move around or even keep our luggage comfortably. The hygiene standards were poor, and the overall cleanliness was not up to expectations. To make matters worse, the AC didn’t work throughout the night, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep.The overall environment was unpleasant, with some very unhygienic and unpleasant people around, along with a persistent bad smell that made the stay even more uncomfortable.Additionally, we paid extra 1000 for extra bed which was our requirement. The hotel provided us very small and dirty mattress which was not enough one average sized person. It was in very poor condition that we had to decide to sleep on one small bed (3 people).Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The management seriously needs to improve room conditions, cleanliness, maintenance, and the overall guest experience.In future if this hotel is last option to stay for me then i am going to stay on street

There were bugs on the bedsheet and no maintenance seemed to be done. The photos are outdated and the hotel is very dirty.

An old building with cracked walls and inside that few rooms on rent where they run this business. Too cramp and too dirty not worth to stay

Good room and staff support, CSMT is accessible.

Very good location ..close to marinedrive ,gateway of India and many more places just very convinient to visit ..
