We stayed two nights in two different categories of rooms. Overall, satisfied with our stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean as were the washroom facilities. No lift up to floor 1 so bear that in mind. From 1st floor onwards, lift available. Location is perfect for exploring.
i booked the hotel with my family and kids as per Agoda they showed good images and good reviews trusting Agoda i booked it and went with my family old shady building entrance is very horrible no life till second floor all rooms are shabby they only did painting outside of room we checked in and checked out immediately as we were not feeling secure as it looks very unsafe as it look like male labour accommodation you don’t really call it hotel and it’s completely waste of your hard earn money i tried to call Agoda to refund my amount as this hotel is totally unsafe for family or anyone who is planning to stay they put nice fake reviews and pictures we Agoda and paid but we got scammed I would like to request Agoda please review and kindly refund my amount as it may not advised to scam as Agoda being a top company requesting you kindly don’t post this hotel please review this hotel and refund my money it’s humble request thank you
Nice and clean room with an interesting circular bed and a great location in Fort, south Mumbai.
