The property is just opposite to a butcher shop which can be an issue for some people. Very narrow entrance, packed/small rooms. Otherwise the location is good. Gateway of India and Marine drive are nearby.

Do not be misled by the 3 star ratings and positive reviews by others. The room has a persistent foul odor, and the walls, bedsheets, and pillows all have noticeable stains. The common areas outside the room smell even worse.
