Business • India • Sep 2026This hotel stay was the worst I've ever had. The room was dirty, badly kept, and totally unacceptable. The property does not meet basic hygiene standards and urgently requires a thorough health and safety check. The bedding was stained with large dark marks and obviously not cleaned after the previous guest. The entrance carpet was stained, and the doormat was covered in dried mud and dirt. Open shelves were dusty, chipped, and grimy. In the bathroom, the shower-head was coated with thick black mold, rust, and limescale, making it unusable. The bottom of the bathroom door was black with accumulated dirt, and the walls were covered in soap scum and grime. The mirror had dirty water marks and streaks. Instead of clean amenities, a dirty plastic bucket was placed next to an unclean toilet. Overall, doors, locks, and fixtures were broken, rusty, or neglected. Housekeeping clearly does not clean or sanitize rooms between guests. This hotel is a serious health hazard and a complete waste of money. Avoid it at all costs.

Solo Traveller • Sep 2026Extremely disappointing stay – poor cleanliness and lack of facilitiesI had an incredibly poor experience at this hotel. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, the room I was given smelled strongly of smoke and had cigarette butts scattered throughout both the bedroom and the bathroom. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities. The overall cleanliness and lack of facilities were highly unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.
