Hotel Delmond Prime - Near NESCO

The hotel was terrible with a disgusting urine smell in the room, and both the AC and geyser were not functioning.

Very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, with no sense of hospitality. The rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and completely unhygienic. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.Very disappointed.....bhott hi bekar staff h

A very letdown experience. The employees were very impolite and lacked professionalism, showing no hospitality. The rooms were filthy, badly kept, and totally unhygienic. Certainly not value for money. I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone. Bahut hi bekar staff hai, bahut niraashajanak.

Worst Worst Worst hotelThere was a big giant rat in room no 107 so we complained and moved to room no 105 and there was a back door in 105 room which was open and they leave it open always. Also, there was a cockroach in the washroom. And they charge 2500 for a room which is not at all worth as per the rooms they are providing. And if you book online from make my trip then it will cost you 3000. There was no hot water available and no mirrors in the room. Such a waste of money and third class hotel. We will never ever go back to this hotel again.Not worth for 2500 or 3000 for a hotel like this

This hotel was terrible. In room 107, we found a huge rat, so we complained and were moved to room 105, which had a back door that was always left open. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom. They charge 2500 for a room that is definitely not worth that price, and booking online through Make My Trip costs 3000. There was no hot water and no mirrors in the room. It felt like a complete waste of money and a very low-quality hotel. We will never return to this place. It is not worth 2500 or 3000 at all.
