The bathroom is a joke, the shower head sits between the sinks and toilet so essentially you can barely stand in the middle. The latch on the door was broken. Had a smell to the room with a lot of dust on the bed and AC. The front of the hotel was even worse with no parking space. We left right away

Solo Traveller • India • Sep 2026I stayed at Hotel Casa Royal Residency for 4 days. Unfortunately, the room condition was disappointing. There were visible cracks and damaged plaster on the walls, and some electrical fittings were poorly maintained. The intercom was also not working. The behaviour and cooperation of the staff were not satisfactory. Considering the amount paid for the stay, I expected much better maintenance, service and facilities. I have photos of the issues as evidence.

Not worth visiting. I was on a business trip and only needed to sleep for one night. The experience was unpleasant. There were no windows, no ventilation, and the bathroom was cramped.
