1. Rooms were over priced 2.Breakfast spread was not at all available and up to the mark , provided taste was also not good 3.Cleanlines in the washroom need to be considered 4. Dental kit , bathroom kit , tissue was not provided .5. The room was in the far end in the hotel which is approx on the 4th floor and we had to walk there .6. The room intial booked was not appropriate and hence had to take an upgrade which costed us hefty .
Extremely disappointing.No complimentary water no tissues no towels initially, dusty and smelly room foul-smelling linens, a broken headboard huge gap under the door, and cockroaches in the room. Even the toiletries looked old and poorly maintained.Basic cleanliness hygiene maintenance, and amenities are clearly not a priority here. Would not recommend this place at all.
