One of the worst experience ever. Room was full of cockroaches. No early check-in or checkout facility. Water was cut in between for some reason. Not recommended at all.
On the first day, I spotted cockroaches in my room, so I contacted Agoda and requested a refund. However, instead of providing a refund, the hotel simply changed my room.I also had another room booked for my family, but they were arriving the next day. So, I asked the hotel to change that room as well.The following morning, I had breakfast at the hotel and subsequently suffered from food poisoning.Later that day, I spotted another cockroach, this time in front of a hotel staff member who had come to help with the luggage.Given these repeated hygiene issues, including cockroaches and the apparent food poisoning after eating the hotel’s breakfast, I believe the hotel failed to maintain acceptable standards of cleanliness and food safety.Agoda is really terrible in mediating the request and customer support always.
