The hotel has a great location and the housekeeping staff behave very well, but the property manager has very bad manners and is very rude, speaking in a very rough and offensive way constantly.

The room displayed online appears spacious to draw guests, but the air conditioning doesn't function properly. When you mention the AC issue, the staff insists it's working fine at that speed and argues that other guests haven't complained. Additionally, the room had cockroaches, and the bed sheets and towels were very dirty.
