Solo Traveller • Jul 2026So, this is what i was waiting for since there is no option for customers to share the problems. Firstly, there is no lift and we were asked to stay higher floors. This was just the begining. The entire floor was under construction and all the time dirt, noises and disturbance in room. On requesting, it was told, we work like this only. So client needs to manage. Imagine someone continously putting hammer on the wall and we paid for such room. So there were cockroches, mosqitoes and many other free blood sucking carnival events to watch out for. Forgot to appreciate the most noisest AC and ceiling fan which made our entire stay so perfect that we will never forget Agoda and Hilton before taking any booking. Don't go even for free.
