Couple • India • Aug 2026I booked this hotel and went there for check in. When I entered the hotel, after seeing the condition at reception, I felt like I can't stay here. It's shabby, staff is terrible. Though I fully paid already and it's non-refundable, I came back from reception after seeing all that messy situation there. I booked another hotel and stayed there. Can't even think of visiting there again.
