My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room quality and overall service were very poor, and the experience was nowhere near my expectations. To make matters worse, the hotel did not even provide complimentary drinking water and charged extra for it.Additionally, the overall crowd and atmosphere did not feel suitable for families, making the stay even more uncomfortable. Considering the poor service, disappointing room conditions, and lack of basic amenities, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.Definitely not worth the experience. I would not choose to stay here again.
Staff behavior was rude , they don't want to talk for complaint and denied every request, my room ac was not working properly, water falling from Ac on my bad , after very request and arguments they chang mattress and bad sheer after that provid bad sheet and mattress it was very dirty, west of money, I paid almost 6050 rupees for 2 nights it's totally west
The hotel is decent for the average price I paid. The uncle and another staff member are kind; they don't talk much but provide good service. I liked the owner because they were humble. The rooms are good, not very spacious but sufficient.
