We booked 3 rooms for 3 days during our official visit and made full advance payment for all of them. But when we actually entered the hotel, we were shocked. The rooms were the worst we've ever seen ’ extremely small, poorly maintained, and not cleaned properly. The bathrooms were dirty and unhygienic, with old, rusted fixtures. In monsoon, the area seems to have a flooding risk, and to make it worse, our rooms had no windows at all - felt like a box.We couldn't stay even for a night and decided to check out immediately. When we requested a refund, the management outright refused to return our money. No cooperation, no understanding ’ just zero concern for guests.Such a disgusting and disappointing experience. Please think twice before booking here, especially during monsoon.

We reserved 3 rooms for 3 days for our official trip and paid in full upfront. However, upon arrival, we were appalled. The rooms were the worst we've encountered – very tiny, badly kept, and not cleaned well. The bathrooms were filthy and unhygienic, with old, rusty fittings. During monsoon, the area seems prone to flooding, and to add to the problem, our rooms had no windows, making them feel like a box. We couldn't stay even one night and chose to leave immediately. When we asked for a refund, the management refused outright. There was no help or empathy – just complete disregard for guests. A truly awful and disappointing stay. Please reconsider booking here, especially in the monsoon season.
