I was not allowed in the hotel I booked because the room was full and I was sent to another shitty hotel which was so bad and they refused to change the hotel for us very bad experience 👎

Couple • India • Oct 2026Had a terrible experience at the hotel. The staff and manager were extremely rude and behaved inappropriately. The facilities and atmosphere were poor as well. Even simple things like the door lock didn't work, and there was leakage throughout the hallway.

This place is not a hotel but a terrible experience for us. All the bathroom plumbing was broken and not functioning well. Please, do not stay at this hotel due to its poor hygiene.
