This was the most terrible experience I've ever had. The staff were extremely rude and lacked basic manners when speaking to customers. There was a lot of attitude, and the man sitting at the counter didn't even know the prices. I recommend avoiding Hotel Golden Inn.

Disappointing Staff Experience

The staff and manager are unprofessional; how can they open the door while a guest is inside? I am unhappy with this unskilled staff and suggest they be removed from your hotel. Please improve your staff, or you may face losses. Thank you.

Unfair Price Hike

They said rates have gone up by INR 700 per day after we booked and made 100% payment 3-4 months back and hence they charged they took INR 2800 extra for 4 days. So what is the point in booking through you so much in advance paying 100% amount? Please refund extra money charged by them
