I have never seen so many cockroaches roaming around the room. Even after the so called deep cleaning done by their staff the cockroaches and spiders roamed around in the room. The bed sheets were stained and torn. Moreover when we asked for room service or told them to give water, the staff was extremely rude. Our room number was 219. I think that is the worst of the rooms they had. Donot come here. For 3.8K per night this was such a terrible experience. We stayed there for 3 nights.

Absolutely horrible experience. This hotel has zero regard for guests or basic hospitality standards.Check-in time is clearly mentioned as 12:00 PM, yet when we arrived, the rooms were not even cleaned. We were casually told to wait for another 30 minutes, as if our time had no value. Only after we argued did they suddenly arrange a room within 10 minutes—clearly showing their lack of accountability.The reception staff is extremely rude, ill-mannered, and completely untrained in how to speak to guests. Their behavior was disrespectful and unacceptable throughout.The worst part—our bike, which was parked outside the hotel, was moved by someone and left on the main road without informing us. When we asked the staff about it, they showed zero concern and actually laughed at the situation. This kind of careless and insensitive attitude is shocking.This place is poorly managed, unprofessional, and not at all safe for guests or their belongings. If there was an option for zero stars, this hotel truly deserves it. Avoid this place at all costs.
