I checked in at approximately 12:30 PM and found that there was no water supply in the property. Unfortunately, no alternative arrangements or backup plan were provided despite the issue. After a long journey, I was unable to use the washroom or freshen up due to the lack of water.Despite repeated follow-ups with the staff, the water supply was only restored around 3:00 PM. This significant delay caused considerable inconvenience and resulted in me being late for an important meeting.For the tariff being charged, such a basic service failure is unacceptable. Guests should not have to face this level of inconvenience, especially without timely communication or contingency arrangements from the hotel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here. It may be worth spending a little extra and choosing a nearby alternative that offers more reliable service.
