Luxury Letdown Experience

The hotel and its interior are beautifully crafted, offering a luxurious and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are roomy and cozy, and the property definitely has the potential to become a favored spot. However, the service falls short. During my four-day visit, we found hair on the bed when we entered the room, and the blanket was dirty on the inside. Despite several calls, housekeeping was slow to react. Basic items like shower gel and shampoo were not replenished, and the meticulous care expected from a luxury hotel was lacking. The dining experience was also disappointing. Nearly every dish we ordered was overly oily, even though we asked multiple times for less oil. The overall flavor was below what we anticipated. Even something as simple as serving a paratha without pickle showed a lack of attention to basic service standards. This hotel has great potential to bring back guests, but that will only be possible if the staff is better trained to respond quickly to guest needs, focus on the small details, and consistently provide the level of service expected from a hotel of this standard.
