Room is spacious, bed is comfortable. However, was given a room next to the stairs (when I specifically requested for not an end room) and therefore my sleep was disrupted the two nights I was there. For the first night as I landed late at night, I was too tired to complain on the noise (furniture moving noises) just put up with it until maybe about 1-2am.. and true enough there was a function the next day. The following night as the function was over, same furniture moving noise (suspect they are clearing up the event hall). The second night, I filled a complain and it did stop after two times of complain. So overall, they do put their customers first. In term of cleanliness - found tooth paste/paint on the flush area, the kettle was rusty near the pout. I feel these are the things they could improve.
I spent 5 nights at Novotel Mumbai International Airport while conducting a BNI training in the city, and it was one of the smoothest stays I've experienced in Mumbai. The room was roomy and had a fresh scent every day. I was impressed by the soundproofing; despite a metro station right outside, I didn't hear any noise and slept well all five nights, which is unusual for me when traveling and working simultaneously. The breakfast buffet was extensive, covering all cuisines, and I especially appreciated the well-prepared South Indian dishes like idly, upma, and dosa. The little touches stood out: free airport drop-off, laundry service, and welcome snacks and fruits in the room with a personalized note bearing my name, which really brightened my day. The banquet hall suited our training needs perfectly, with comfortable air conditioning and good food served during sessions. Special thanks to Nandita at the front desk for being warm, prompt, and truly helpful; the entire team was like that. Even the lounge's aroma left a lasting impression. Overall, great value for the price, and I will definitely stay here again.
