Dear Hotel Management, I want to provide feedback about my recent stay at your hotel. I need to highlight a serious issue about privacy. During our stay, the cleaning staff came into our room without asking or getting our consent first. I understand housekeeping is important, but respecting guest privacy and personal space is essential. Entering a room without notice is not acceptable and causes privacy and security worries. I hope you will talk to your housekeeping team to make sure they follow proper procedures, like knocking and waiting for permission or checking Do Not Disturb signs, from now on.
