Family • India • Jun 2026The building has a very small lift that is operated by an attendant. If he is not present, the lift is halted. Reception is very basic with attendants ready to swarm on you for tips. They would even get into your room and not leave until you give tip. Their expectation is that each time they open the door for you, they should get a tip. Room is clean but then when the aircon starts, the room is filled with piss odour. View is on dirty side of the building with lot of pigeon craps. Fridge does not work. Kitchen/Restaurant area is not up to standard and basic oily food is served. I did not expect much anyway at the price I paid. Otherwise, hot water, EU toilet, etc is first class! Plus point : perfect location if you are shopping in Dadar! Perfect place for a solo travellers but not for family!!! VERY DIFFICULT to get taxi in the evening as the rods are packed. Next time, I will choose Avon Ruby Hotel!
Its not safe for alone girls specially one of my friend was staying there and they wear continue ringing bell at night around 12-1 and tried to open the door she tried to call the receptionist but no one pick up the callSo girls plz don’t stay hear its not safe ’’
