The quality of the rooms has significantly declined, and the club nearby stays open until about 3am, so sleeping is difficult. The room was full of mosquitoes and had a strong smell of cigarettes and smoke. The fan was noisy, the bed was broken, and the shower was not working. I won't return. I received a 30% refund but lost sleep and got bitten by mosquitoes.

This hotel is terrible; Ube should consider shutting it down due to their completely unprofessional service. Every staff member is rude and unprofessional towards guests.

Poor Hotel Experience

I recently stayed at this property for 2 nights and had the worst experience. Staff is rude and doesn't understand the basics of hospitality, rooms are dingy, smelly and always damp, there is loud music from the building next door, linen is soiled and smells bad and the fittings in the bathroom are all broken. Will never stay here again.
