My personal advice is to avoid spending money at this hotel. It's really a third-rate place to stay. The staff do nothing, the rooms don't match the pictures, and it's very unhygienic with cockroaches on the bed. The bathrooms are extremely dirty. They don't even provide a single bottle of water, yet charge 1500 for the stay. Don't come here. There's no staff to help with luggage, and the hotel is on the second floor without an elevator.

The room was unclean, there was no water, the walls had cracks, and there was dirt everywhere. It's just a place to shut your eyes and sleep. Don't expect anything more for the price you paid.

The hotel is very disappointing, with extremely rude staff and rooms that are dirty and unhygienic. The entire lobby feels haunted, and the room itself seems haunted too, with lights and the TV turning on and off by themselves and channels changing automatically. It was a terrible and spooky experience. I left the hotel room after just one hour. Strange cat sounds came from the room, and there was a very negative atmosphere. The hotel should be banned. When we complained, the staff were rude and unprofessional, and the manager was confrontational. My whole family felt scared during our stay. The staff's behavior was aggressive, and despite paying for 24 hours, I left after one hour without a refund. I strongly advise against staying here with family or children. This hotel is bad and haunted and should be removed from all booking sites.
