My worst hotel experience ever , the booking was done thru ixigo , but the staff didn't seem to be aware about the same , then they made us wait for 1 hour for the rooms , the staff was wearing undergarments, it looked more like red light area , worst experience ever , ixigo please remove such hotels from your list , not worth it at all

Couple • India • Aug 2026Extremely poor conduct. They spoke rudely. They were very disappointing and unsupportive when we booked online because it was Rs:700 cheaper than their price. The place was very dirty and unclean with a strong bad odor. Although they claimed to be couple-friendly, upon arrival they refused to accept unmarried couples. They told us unmarried couples are not allowed and if we didn't want the room, we should leave, and they refused to refund the money.

Pathetic condition with no cleanliness. Not at all suggested for any married couple. The manager or receptionist is always in sleevless and no professionalism at all.
