Extremely disgusting room with extremely poor condition of the hotel entrance, poor and fungal infested room walls, poor, extremely and not changed and washed bedcovers and pillow covers, smelly room, unclean toilet with paan spitted stain on the toilet cover, Beside bed wooden bench and wooden cupboard extremely worn out, that could infect with cockroaches, staff and receptionist least bothered to even inquire why I'm leaving the hotel in less than 1 hour after seeing such a disgraceful hotel condition, and worst of all, what the pictures and photos shown in the website is completely different and untrue to reality scene..., plus, there is no complimentary water provided. Have to buy water for a price. It is worse than a 2 star hotel. It's not worth the price.. Unfortunately I did not take any pictures of the room, since I was exhausted after my travel and it was almost 10pm in the night.. After which I left the hotel in less than 1 hr and moved to another good hotel, far away from this hotel location. I reached to the other hotel at around 00:30 hrs on next day. And after my whole day's work, once I was free, I took time to mail to lodge a complaint against the hotel through ixigo, during which, when ixigo inquired with the hotel, the hotel staff claimed that I was staying in their hotel for the full period of 2 days, ie, from 06th to 08th Aug 2026. And only because, I could not provide any evidencial photos to the ixigo team, the hotel refused to refund my claim for money. In short to tell, never choose this hotel, even if are falling short of time. Instead, move a little further from that location, where one can find plenty of other hotels at a reasonable price with a better condition a, as compared to this disgusting hotel.
