I have never seen so many cockroaches roaming around the room. Even after the so called deep cleaning done by their staff the cockroaches and spiders roamed around in the room. The bed sheets were stained and torn. Moreover when we asked for room service or told them to give water, the staff was extremely rude. Our room number was 219. I think that is the worst of the rooms they had. Donot come here. For 3.8K per night this was such a terrible experience. We stayed there for 3 nights.
My stay at this hotel was pleasant. The staff were courteous and the services were satisfactory. The hotel's location is convenient, near various spots in Chembur.
