I have never seen so many cockroaches roaming around the room. Even after the so called deep cleaning done by their staff the cockroaches and spiders roamed around in the room. The bed sheets were stained and torn. Moreover when we asked for room service or told them to give water, the staff was extremely rude. Our room number was 219. I think that is the worst of the rooms they had. Donot come here. For 3.8K per night this was such a terrible experience. We stayed there for 3 nights.
My stay at this hotel was pleasant. The staff were courteous and the services were satisfactory. The hotel's location is convenient, near various spots in Chembur.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel for 2 days with my parents. Although I was worried after reading some reviews, the staff's service quickly eased my concerns. They were very kind, helpful, and polite. The room was decent; it showed some signs of age but was clean and roomy. There was a geyser for hot water and the AC worked well. Also, you might want to try Tejals Premium Kitchen across the street for great drinks and snacks. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend this place and stay here again if I return to Mumbai! P.S. Don't forget to greet the welcoming host when you arrive 🐱🐈
