Super Collection O Andheri Near Western Express Highway

Here's a review of my stay: the rooms were smelly with poor cleanliness, the AC didn't work properly, and the rooms were small. Additionally, there was a potty inside the toilet commode, which was a very bad experience.not recommended it for any traveler or family.

I recently visited this hotel and had an extremely disappointing experience. First of all, the name shown online is completely different when you actually reach the location, there is no hotel with that name, not even a proper signboard outside the building. It already feels misleading from the start.The building itself is poorly maintained. The lift was filthy, with pan and gutka stains everywhere, which gives a very bad first impression. When I entered the room, it was even worse. The walls were peeling, the floor was broken, and the overall condition was terrible. There was garbage from previous guests still lying around, and the washroom had a strong, unpleasant smell. Despite being on the 7th floor, there were mosquitoes inside the room. Honestly, it felt more like a cheap lodge than a proper hotel.The washroom condition made things even worse it was so unhygienic that it felt like using a public toilet. On top of that, the AC didn’t cool the room at all, making the stay extremely uncomfortable.What’s even more frustrating is that the photos shown online are completely misleading. The actual room condition is not even 10% of what they advertise. Also, the room you book online is not the one you actually get.If you want to spend money just to experience dirt and disappointment, then you can visit this place. Otherwise, I strongly recommend staying away. Very disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed with the condition of this facility. The premises are very dirty and there is a strong unpleasant smell starting right from the entrance. Even the lift area is in a messy and unhygienic state.This level of cleanliness is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the property standards. I request immediate attention and corrective action. Otherwise, it would be better for OYO to reconsider continuing its association with such a facility.

ITS MORE OF A LODGE THAN A HOTEL!!!The room i booked was denied while checking in. A day prior after making the booking the gave the property a call to confirm the availability of the room i book to which the guy on call asked to call them on the same day of booking which i did and the guy said yes the room is available. BUT HE ASKED ME TO CANCEL THE BOOKING AND CHECKING PRIVATE asking for 2800’ for 12 hours. All though i did not canceled the booking and told him that i will first take a room tour before. But when i reached the property the two 10th Fail receptionist were unprofessional to a different level. They did not had anything to say but only a Ugly Face ’Sorry sir’. I asked them y didnt you guys told me before and waited for me to come here and then you will say No! Thay made me come to the property and than said that the room is not available. Both the receptionist had new Communication skill! Fragile ego and tried to manipulate the conversation too! TBH THIS IS NOT A HOTEL ITS A LODGE! the guys in the reception should be fired or it wont take time for this so called hotel to turn into a Loading & Boarding.
