’ 0/5 ’ Extremely Bad Experience | Fraudulent & Unprofessional HotelI booked this hotel through the Goibibo app after seeing completely misleading images. When I called in advance to inform them about a late check-in, they told me that my booking was not showing in their system. Taking advantage of this, they allotted my room to someone else.When I arrived with my family, they flatly denied check-in, saying the room was not available. On top of that, the staff demanded ’1000 extra, claiming that Goibibo and MakeMyTrip give them low commission, which is absolutely unacceptable and unethical.When I questioned why I should pay more when the same room is available at a cheaper rate on Goibibo and MakeMyTrip, their response was rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. The staff behavior was extremely unprofessional, especially towards a family.This hotel:’Shows fake / wrong images’Denies confirmed online bookings’Blackmails guests for extra money’Has very rude and dishonest staffI strongly request everyone NEVER book this hotel online or offline. This property should be removed from all online platforms like Goibibo and MakeMyTrip to prevent other customers from facing such harassment.Worst hotel experience ever. Not recommended at all.

Rooms are clean. Location is very good. The distance between Sea beach & hotel is max 4min. ’’

I visited this place during Durga puja 2025.The location of the hotel is great but the rooms are horrible.The Ac was not working in our room The floors were damp,flush in toilet was not working and above all the rooms were very dirty.The staff behaviour was good,but the hotel needs proper maintenance.The rooms does not match with the images given in Google.When we complained to the manager he asked to adjust.Tourist plans a holiday for peace and recreation not to incur more tensions.Also when spoke to a female manager I Kolkata branch where the booking was done ,she spoke very rudely and said we could check out of we did not like the stay.But we could not as we had already made the payment.Request the owner to please look into the maintenance of the hotel so that your guests can visit again.and give you good reviews.

The worst rooms with zero service. MMT should immediately de-list this hotel from its app. No room service. No TV, No geyser. No exhaust fan, NO HAND WASH IN TOILET. Forget about other services.This is the status of room of tarrif Rs 2200+ per night.Even Rs. 500/- room is better than this.I have never seen in any hotel where lift service is not available at night and afternoon.I travelled with senior family members of 70 years of age with me. I face lots of challenges because of this lift issue.Lift is also a very cheap one. It can not carry more than 3 person but by lift company it was mentioned that can carry 4 persons.I have seen 4 boarders stuck in middle of the floor inside the lift. One young girl suffering claustrophobic attack. Hotel has not provided any support to the family.We go forward and tried to help them and requested to stay in our room till the girl overcomes from the trauma.Even the front desk staffs are not trained. They have calculated our two days stay bill with three times of correction after our help.My final word is this ’ the management here is completely incompetent, and the owner is downright miserly.Staying on the street would be happier than staying in this hotel.

Very good location. Just behind the bus stand. Very near to the sea beach and just beside Nehru Market. Sea view available at 4th floor. Kitchen service very good. The cook is good, they provide food as per your order. Room cleaning service every day. Complimentary water bottle only at time of check in.
