Dear Management Team,I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the room provided to me during my recent check-in. Upon entering the room, it was immediately clear that basic maintenance and housekeeping standards were completely ignored.The air conditioning unit had a noticeable water leakage, which created a puddle on the floor. Additionally, the toilet flush was entirely non-functional. Most upsettingly, the bathroom was left in a highly unhygienic state, with the floor completely messy and covered in hair from previous occupants.This is unacceptable for any hospitality establishment. My room number was 404 and Special mention for the frontoffice lady at the reception because she is just horrible,she was not answerable and busy with her personal phone works,I called her over intercom but that was also damaged or signal malfunction.I trust you will take immediate steps to address these maintenance and housekeeping failures so future guests do not experience the same frustration.
