Visiting raajkutir for second time and i chose this place for a reason. The welcome,the decorations,the food and the staffs were so good. I booked raajkutir 1 month earlier just because I’ve to give surprise for my partner and the decorations was 10/10 everything was so good. And the staff name aditya and kaushik also give us a special cake for my partner’s birthday and celebrate us thankyou so much♥️

Disappointing Experience During Our StayWe visited from April 29th to May 1st to celebrate a birthday. Myself, a 52-year-old woman, traveled with my 16-year-old daughter and our 9-month-old Maltese fur baby. We selected the hotel primarily because it allowed pets.Before our arrival, we received an extensive list of pet dos and don’ts. If only half of these guidelines had been applied to their own service, our stay would have surely been more enjoyable. To start, we were welcomed by a rather confused receptionist who lacked a smile and exuded an arrogant attitude. Our room, number ***, featured a curtain covering half the wall, which created the illusion of more light. However, the view was just bushy trees, giving the room a dark and gloomy atmosphere. Otherwise, the room was acceptable.The interior decor included some peculiar choices! For instance, would you ever feel comfortable using a restroom that overlooks two neat and elegantly dressed women in saris right above the toilet/commode 😆? It left me wondering about the randomness on the bathroom designs. But again, that's fine perhaps. I may not have understood much here over the choice of the architect.The first unpleasant surprise occurred when I ordered water for our fur baby. Expecting a pet bowl to be provided, we didn’t bring our own. Unfortunately, it took 45 minutes for the water and bowl to be delivered, despite three reminders.The evening 'chao dance' was a delightful experience, the only highlight of our trip, along with the ample running space for our pet. Another disappointment arose when a guest arrived at 8:30 PM, but we couldn’t serve him food since we were transferred to Loafers Café, the only area where pets were allowed. The café closed at 9 PM, leaving my guest who ordered biryani with an empty stomach—a significant letdown! Additionally, the table lights at Loafers Café were adorned with spider cobwebs and spiders attempting to weave their webs! This was astonishing for a five-star establishment.On our main birthday date, we encountered further disappointments: 1. The washroom soap dispenser was empty which we figured out pretty late. So, the housekeeping did not do their job well on their checkpoints before guest arrival.2. We ordered pasta aglio olio but received a different dish, despite specifying multiple times (though we weren’t charged for it). 3. We wanted to purchase a cake, but it was unavailable, despite the attractive options on display (we were later offered a complimentary cake). 4. Ordering food proved complicated, and the staff acknowledged this. 5. Pet food and water were delayed once more.I spent a total of *** for two nights, which was absolutely not worth the confusion and disappointments.Regards, ******
