Special thanks to Chef Koushik and Chef Manish for the fantastic food. The menu was perfectly done, and we got great feedback from our members and guests. Huge thanks to Arshad ji and Anirban for the excellent banquet support and for making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the event. Your quick responses and attention on-site made a big difference. A very special thanks to Riya for managing the entire event so efficiently. From big needs to small details, you made sure everything was followed up and handled. Your constant coordination and help made the whole process easy for us. It was a real pleasure working with all of you, and we truly appreciate the effort and professionalism shown by the entire team. The rooms are quite tiny, offering little space to move around and lacking adequate storage for clothes.

The location, hospitality, and atmosphere are outstanding. The meals at both dinner and breakfast today were not only diverse but also genuine and multi-cuisine, so delicious that you wish you had an extra pouch to keep and enjoy the food later. Special thanks to Disharee, Ashik (not Ashiq), Selina, Deep, and others; although everyone was excellent. Thanks to these kind people, I was able to get some Mishti Dohi, which wasn't even on display! This should definitely be on your list of things to do in Kolkata!

It's been a wonderful 3N/4D stay at Hyatt Centric, Ballygunge, Kolkata. The room was comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully handled and well maintained — except for the space, which felt too cramped to justify the rates.The AC was a major letdown, stuck below 17°C throughout our stay, making it a freezing experience. Mornings were particularly challenging, with headaches caused by the excessive chill. We reported the issue on 22/8/26, and despite an hour-long visit and a claimed spare-part replacement, the AC could not be adjusted to a comfortable temperature, leaving us with an unpleasant place to rest.The dining experience, on the other hand, was nothing short of spectacular — excellent quality and a fantastic variety and spread of food. However, this was marred by hygiene issues: uncleaned leftovers stuck to the plates, and, most disturbingly, a strand of hair was found wound around the serving tongs, reflecting poor hygiene standards.We raised both issues with the staff and senior management, who responded with appropriate regret. However, the hotel only offered a 20% discount on in-room dining, which came nowhere close to compensating for the hygiene lapses we experienced — lapses serious enough that we chose to skip dining at the hotel entirely for two full days.
