Collection O City Center 2 Formerly Paradise Inn

The experience was extremely unpleasant! The rooms were filthy, and the staff were unprofessional and absent. They behaved badly towards us after we complained about the hotel on Oyo. None of the promised amenities were available, and water was leaking from the ceiling. Overall, it was a very disturbing stay. I hope Oyo stops listing this hotel soon.

The room and service were the worst; the rooms were damp and there was a bad odor coming from the bed and blankets. The AC was very noisy. Considering the price and the prime location near the airport, the rooms should at least be clean and hygienic.

I booked a deluxe room at this hotel through the OYO app, but the staff said there was no deluxe room available and gave me a classic room instead. The room was very small and the bathroom was dirty.

The staff were very rude and did not adhere to Oyo's rules and regulations. They also failed to provide clean bedsheets and pillows. We stayed for 4 days, yet their behavior remained unpleasant. Overall, it was a very bad experience. I would advise against staying at this hotel; for the same price, you can choose Oyo Townhouse instead.
